To install or update from a previous version of Property-tools, download the version that matches your Inventor installation. Unzip and run install-script. But make sure you exit Inventor first.  

When you start Inventor after the install, you need to go to "Add-in Manager" and remove the block on "Property-tools" by unchecking "Block". Also enable ""Load Automatically" and "Loaded//Unloaded". 

If you want to uninstall, use the uninstall script (still without Inventor running).
